I've owned a couple of electric trikes in the past, but I won't mention their names. They were both quite a bit cheaper, yet they ended up rusting away in my yard. I can't even give 'em away, and when I ran into issues, getting someone on the phone was impossible. Jorvik, on the other hand, has been a breath of fresh air (so far!). Their staff is super helpful, especially in the chat box, which is usually more of a hassle than anything else. The bike showed up right on schedule (the driver was a bit less helpful, though; he wouldn't assist me in getting it up the curb, so he just left it on the street, but that's not Jorvik's fault). I'm really looking forward to unboxing it tomorrow and taking it for a ride!

I got my trike right before last year's end. Took it out for a longer ride and ended up losing a piece on the journey. These guys were awesome; the replacement part showed up via carrier in just 3 days. Top-notch service!

This company is just the worst!!! They sent me the wrong mudguards and back basket. I requested a return to swap the incorrect items for the right ones, and a few days later, they changed the pictures on their site. They promised back in October 2022 that they would send the missing mudguards and basket, but that never happened, and now they’re ignoring my emails!! As of January 17, 2023, it’s been almost 4 months since I last heard from them, and they keep saying they’ll send the missing parts, but nothing has come through!! I forked out £1,999.99... that’s a hefty sum, and I feel totally scammed!! I can’t give more than 1 star; I’d give zero if that was an option!! They’re just liars because it’s been over 4 months, and I still haven’t received the missing mudguards as promised. I have emails to back me up!

After chatting with Diana a couple of times, we swung by the showroom yesterday to check out the folding JMT9, and let me tell you, we were super pleased with the warm welcome. Her expertise and the tips she shared were top-notch. Big thanks to Diana! I’m really looking forward to getting the new trike and cruising off into the sunset!

Had an absolutely wonderful time meeting Diane from Jorvik Tricycles yesterday. My wife suffered a spinal injury after being thrown from her horse. The consultant recommended cycling as a therapeutic option among other things. Since her balance is a bit off right now, we discussed getting a trike.
After scheduling a visit with Diane, we traveled from the West Midlands to Yorkshire.
Diane was super knowledgeable and provided great info about all the products available. Watching my wife test drive one of the trikes was really comforting. My own test drive? Just for laughs, haha.
When we got back to the office, Diane laid out several purchasing options for us, and we never felt pressured to buy anything. She made us feel completely at ease.
We ended up buying one of the trikes and would highly recommend both the company and their products to anyone.

A productive and helpful discussion. I've been looking into electric bikes, especially trikes, for a while now. I figured out that the Jorvic suits my needs and situation the best.

I own a jmt 7, and let me tell ya, it’s a super stable ride. The quality of the build feels really solid, plus the rear wheel drive is fantastic. I've had a couple of tricycles before, but this one takes the cake. Despite dealing with a lung condition and some spine issues, I can cruise around on this trike without any trouble. It’s a blast and I’m getting my exercise in too! I even tow a trailer for shopping, and my little terrier absolutely loves chilling in the basket. Jorvik has provided me with top-notch service and advice. This one’s definitely a solid 5 stars!

Following up on my review from December 7, 2022, and after another couple of weeks of riding, I'm really getting the hang of the joy that comes with owning and using my Jorvik JET E. The way the trike's gears, pedaling, and the surprisingly subtle motor work together is just fantastic. If you're looking for a reason to pick a trike, you can't go wrong with a Jorvik; it offers a smooth, comfy, and dependable ride. For me, it's definitely a trike now, but honestly, I don’t see it as a step down at all.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the buying experience and the joy of having this beautiful trike. I own a JMT9, which serves as my daily ride and comes along when we head to our place in Italy. The pedal assist feature allows me to get some exercise while tackling almost any journey, even when I'm out with my wife on her mountain bike. Today, I found out that it's light enough to lift over any gates that are too narrow for the wheels to pass through. Overall, it's a fantastic purchase, and I'm really happy with it.

I had an awesome time getting my new Trike with Diana and Gabrielle. They really knew their stuff about the different electric trikes available, breaking down the differences for me. As someone who was a bit anxious about riding a two-wheeler again, they made the whole selection process super simple. Big thanks to both of you!

I noticed a gear issue and reached out to my local bike shop in Bedale, which is pretty great. Since the trike was still under warranty, I got in touch with Jorvik. There was a bit of a wait to hear back from the tech team, but Diana from Customer Services jumped right in and handled everything, working closely with the bike shop and being super proactive. My only gripe was not being able to chat with someone on the phone at first, but once Diana took over, everything got sorted out. Thanks a bunch!

I called to inquire about a couple of things, and I ended up getting the JET E2 in purple! It showed up in perfect condition with all the extras, and as soon as the weather gets better, I’ll be out riding it, can’t wait! The customer service was top-notch and super friendly, they really go above and beyond. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

I just got my hands on a Jorvik Mountain Trike JMT 7, and I've been figuring out how to handle it in all sorts of situations—on the pavement, off the beaten path, and even on those sandy, hilly trails in the dunes of our island. Riding a bike was no longer safe for me, but this trike really opens up my range of movement. Plus, it’s built really well and feels super sturdy.

I recently got myself a trike from Jorvik, specifically the Elite JET-E2.

First off, this machine is amazing! But what really made the whole experience shine was the top-notch service from Jorvik. From the moment I bought it, I had a test ride in York where we went over all the options, and I ended up choosing the best fit for me, right through to the after-sales support.

After taking the trike out a few times, I had some questions and reached out to customer service. They got back to me right away and arranged for an engineer to come by the next day since we’re not too far from York. She was fantastic, sorted out my issues, and shared loads of tips and advice on riding and maintaining the trike, especially since I’m new to e-bikes.

All in all, I’m one very satisfied Triker! 😃
